Error message when you use Outlook 2007 to send a Word 2003 document that you have opened in Word 2007: "Word could not load the e-mail envelope"

• You have a Word 2003 document that contains mail recipient information and attachments.
• You have installed Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 and Office Word 2007 on your computer.
• You open the Word 2003 document in Word 2007.

In this scenario, when you click Send to Mail Recipient, you receive the following error message:
Word could not load the e-mail envelope.

This could be caused by a network connection problem or a problem with your Office installation.Additionally, if you click Send to Mail Recipient again, the Send to Mail Recipient view appears. However, the attachments and mail recipient information are lost.
