Back up missing from Window XP

I have looked through the internet and found the following link from where you may download the backup utility:

http://www.onecomputerguy.com/software/ntbackup.msi

1. Download this file to the Desktop.
2. Double-click the "ntbackup.msi" file.
3. Run the program.
