Taskbar relocated to a different place

1) Right click on an empty space on Taskbar and see is “Lock the Taskbar” option is unchecked.
2) If the option is checked, just select to release the lock.
3) Now left click on Clock icon and without releasing the click just move or drag the Taskbar to its original position.
