Missing Run button in Start menu of Windows XP

1. Right click on the Task bar, select properties option.
2. You will be displayed with a window named "Task bar and Menu Properties" that has two tab options: Taskbar and Start Menu.
3. Select “Start Menu” option and again select “Start menu” option.
4. Click "Customize" button.
5. You will be displayed two tab options: General and Advanced
6. Click on "Advanced" tab
7. Under “Start menu items” frame, scroll down and check "Run Command" box. (Put a check mark inside the Run box)
8. Click on Ok,
9. Apply and again click Ok.
