Customer is unable to find History button in Internet Explorer 6 and Internet Explorer 7

If you are using Internet Explorer 7:

1. Open Internet Explorer 7
2. Press "Ctrl + H" to display your History button
3. Or press "Ctrl + Shift + H" to display your History button in pinned down mode (this will force Internet Explorer 7 to open with History pane open every time you open it)

If you are using Internet Explorer 6:

1. Open Internet Explorer 6
2. Right click on the Menu Bar
3. Choose "Standard Buttons"

OR

1. Open Internet Explorer 6
2. Click on "View" on the Menu Bar
3. Point to "Toolbars"
4. Then select "Standard Buttons" option.
