Runonce problem in Internet Explorer 7

1) Click on Start and then on Run option.
2) Type gpedit.msc in the Run box. This will bring you the GPE.
3) In the left pane of the window that pops up double click on Administrative Templates.
4) Then double click on Windows Components and finally Internet Explorer.
5) Look in the right window pane and find Prevent performance of First Run Customize settings and double click it
6) Change the setting to Enabled and chose Go directly to home page from the drop down window next to "Select your choice."
7) Click OK.

Now once you restart Internet Explorer, it should take you directly to your home page.
