Screen saver is not working after the installation of Wireless Laser mouse 5000

This issue may occur if the PCM and DVDLauncher services are running in the background.

I have located the following steps that may help you resolve the issue:

1. Click Start, click Run, type msconfig, and then click OK.
2. On the Startup tab, click to clear the PCMService startup item check box.
3. Click Apply, and then click Close.
4. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.

If you are still experiencing the issue, end the ehtray.exe process. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Click Start, click Run, type taskmgr, and then click OK.
2. Click the Processes tab.
3. Locate ehtray.exe in the Image Name column.
4. Right-click ehtray.exe, and then click End Process.
5. When you receive the Task Manager Warning message to confirm this action, click Yes to end the process.
