Turning On Screen keyboard OFF in Windows Vista

Please follow the below steps:

1) Open Control Panel.
2) Select Ease of Access.
3) Select Ease of Access Center.
4) Explore all settings.
5) Click on "Use the Computer without a mouse or keyboard" (most probably the 3rd option in the list).
6) Then on next page uncheck the box which says "Use On-Screen Keyboard".
7) Click Save button when you have finished.
